Charles Yeo

As Vice President of Property Management, Charlie is responsible for managing Cornerstone’s portfolio of medical office properties, ensuring all facilities operate at an optimal level will full support provided to the medical practices of each location. Charlie has over 6 years of commercial real estate experience in the healthcare arena. He received his undergraduate degree from DePaul University with areas of focus in Economics and History. Prior to joining Cornerstone Charlie worked for Productive Strategies in the Chicago Area. He is a member of the team handling real estate services including management of building operations, coordination of tenant improvement projects, leasing renewals, and asset management services. Charlie’s experience also includes the development of annual budgets, operating expense reconciliations, rent rolls, income summaries, and partnership reports. He also manages building cash flows, service contracts, support staff, site inspections and overall tenant and ownership satisfaction. He has provided management to wholly owned properties, LLP’s, and LLC’s. He also maintains his Indiana Real Estate Broker's License.
