Charles Snell

Chuck Snell has presided as owner and managing principal of NEDA development since 1976, and holds a business degree from Penn State, as well as an MBA from AMC. Mr. Snell has restored historic structures in Newport, RI, Concord and Williamstown, MA, Ellsworth, ME and througought New England. His work has been featured in Restoration and Contract Magazines. He has done commercial development for the GSA, the FBI and the VA, including work in Puerto Rico, Florida, and New England. Associated General Contractors, State of Massachusetts.
