Charles Skaggs

Charles Skaggs is Senior Vice President at Western Retail Advisors, engaging in Landlord and Tenant representation with an exclusive focus on restaurants and entertainment. Prior to joining Western Retail, Charles was Director of National Restaurant & Entertainment Leasing for Starwood Retail Partners where he directed the project leasing efforts for a 30-property portfolio with a concentration on the Western U.S. assets. His experience also includes time with RED Development where he was responsible for the national restaurant leasing of a 34-property portfolio with a combined total of 16 million square feet. His current Landlord clients include Macerich, Vestar, True North Studios, Washington Prime Group, Nationwide Realty, Via West, Thompson Thrift, and NREA among others. Additionally, Charles represents “best-in-class” operators such as Torchy’s Tacos, Portillo’s, Mendocino Farms, LGO Hospitality, STK, J. Alexander’s, and Puttshack. Charles graduated from The University of Oklahoma and he lives in Scottsdale, AZ with his wife Lindsey and their three children. He is an active member of both ICSC and the Realty Resources Restaurant Board.
