Charles Quisenberry

Charlie is a Principal with Edge Realty Partners in Austin. With over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, he brings a wide range of expertise to the team. Charlie has been involved in a multitude of real estate transactions, primarily specializing in landlord representation and land and pad sales, and he has vast knowledge of ground-up retail development and property management. Currently, Charlie serves as the asset manager of a 1,000,000-square-foot retail portfolio for HPI Real Estate Services & Investments in San Antonio. Prior to joining Edge, Charlie was a Principal with Steve T. Matthews Company where he managed the Simon Property Group/WP GLIMCHER account brokering pad sites and excess property in Central Texas. He also served as the Regional Director of Retail for Cousins Property Company where he was responsible for outparcel sales and ground leases for the company’s Georgia, Florida and Tennessee portfolio. For 17 years, Charlie worked for The Rouse Company, culminating in his role as the National Leasing Manager for their national mall portfolio, including the redevelopment and leasing expansion of North Star Mall in San Antonio, Fashion Show Mall in Las Vegas, Northwest Arkansas Mall in Fayetteville, Hulen Mall in Fort Worth, and both Riverwalk and Oakwood Centers in New Orleans. Charlie received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas and is involved in several community organizations such as the Scottish Rite Learning Center, Court Appointed Special Advocates and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Charlie and his wife, Alison, enjoying spending time with their children, boating on Lake Austin and watching UT sports.
