Charles Parmelli

Charles Parmelli started his real estate career working with Garden State Land Group, a New Jersey-based developer of office and residential properties. Initially working on the firm’s portfolio of office and industrial space in Northern New Jersey, Charlie negotiated directly with prospective tenants and buyers on behalf of the company. He also supervised construction of both residential and commercial projects during this period. Garden State Land’s residential portfolio, centered on Mercer County, offered Charlie a broader real estate learning experience. Charlie’s understanding of the development and construction process, ability to grasp technical issues, understanding of financial models and attention to detail all enhance his ability to assist his clients. Charlie joined Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ) in 1999. As a Licensed Real Estate Broker, SIOR and CCIM, he leverages his broad experience to advise his clients, both occupiers and investors, in Northern and Central New Jersey. Charlie grew up in Paterson, New Jersey, and prides himself on having an comprehensive knowledge of New Jersey’s geography, and its relation to commercial real estate development.
