Charles McCabe

Charlie McCabe has specialized in Northern California investment sales for over 30 years. During this time, he managed the acquisition or disposition of more than 7.6 million square feet of commercial properties, in addition to over 20,000 acres of vacant land. Mr. McCabe was previously with Cushman & Wakefield, at which he worked a total of six years. Additionally, for thirteen years he was with CBRE and had been its top San Francisco agent, as well as the firm's number one investment-property specialist for the entire San Francisco Bay Area region. While exclusively representing sellers, Mr. McCabe has set many pricing records for Northern California real estate. These include the highest prices per square foot ever achieved for office, retail, hotel, and parking garage properties. In addition to selling commercial properties to high net-worth investors (including those on the Forbes 400 list), Mr. McCabe was also amongst the first to complete transactions with investors based in the Middle East, Europe, and Asia. Familiar with these international capital sources, Mr. McCabe's travels have spanned over 45 countries on five continents. Charlie McCabe enjoys close community ties and volunteers his time with such philanthropic organizations as The Guardsmen, which raises money to send the most disadvantaged children to summer camp. As a seventh-generation San Francisco Bay Area resident, he has a long-standing regional civic engagement.
