Charles Lucchese
Dearborn's Leo Lenaghan and Chuck Lucchese have specialized in real estate development in the Chicagoland area for over 40 years.
After graduating with a B.S. in Commerce from DePaul University, Chuck began his real estate career in 1968 by managing and selling residential property in the northwestern suburbs of Chicago. Shortly thereafter, he began specializing in the sale of investment properties, and simultaneously started to convert many of the buildings he had been selling into over 200 condominium units. He moved on to rehabbing commercial and residential properties in Lincoln Park. Now, together, Chuck and Leo oversee the building, managing and leasing of over 300,000 square feet of retail space in Roselle, Schaumburg, Elk Grove Village, Round Lake, Carol Stream, Elgin, and Hoffman Estates.
