Charles Hargis

Charlie Hargis has been a successful producer in the San Antonio market for over 18 years. He has focused primarily on project leasing for industrial properties for both institutional and local clients. He has also worked in tenant representation, site selection, land purchase/sales and investment sales. Serving initially as an agent, Charlie rose to become the market officer for Prologis, the worlds largest publicly traded industrial real estate company, San Antonio office. He has been responsible for over $120 million in industrial developments and acquisitions within the San Antonio market and completed over 800 leases, representing over 15 million square feet. Charlie oversaw all property management for the market and was the point-man for all property level disputes (including property tax contesting, litigation for tenant defaults, and litigation for lawsuits filed by tenants against Prologis). Charlie, along with the other team members of Endura Advisory Group, emphasizes integrity above all else. His reputation, work ethic and dedication are the key reasons for his continued success.
