He was the owner, CEO, and President of St. Joseph Packaging, Inc., and continues to oversee the operations of Bags & Boxes II and Chadbruck Inc. With over 25 years of experience managing commercial properties and operations, Chuck's expertise is well-established. Giving back to the community has always been important to him. Chuck has served as a Board & Finance Committee Member of Mosaic Life Care for 20 years, as a Board Member and Chairman of the Board for the St. Joseph Area Metro Chamber of Commerce, and as a Board Member, Campaign Chair, and Chairman of the Board for the United Way of Greater St. Joseph. He was also a long-time volunteer with the St. Joseph School District through his business partnership with Pickett Elementary School.
