Charles R. “Chuck” Grey, Broker – Chuck is a life-long resident of New Port Richey. He graduated from Gulf High School, and St. Petersburg Jr. College, with an Associate of Arts degree. He entered the US Navy and attended Naval Intelligence School before being sent to active duty in South Vietnam. After Vietnam spending 2 years in Spain and returned to Florida in 1972, where he joined the family real estate firm. Chuck received extensive training in commercial investment real estate, becoming a candidate for Certified Commercial Investment Member of the National Association of Realtors. He is deeply involved in the West Pasco community. He serves on a number of nonprofit boards and committees, has been a Rotary member and Paul Harris Fellow for over 20 years. Chuck and his wife, Cindy, have seven children, three biological and four adopted. Three of his sons served as officers in the US Army in Iraq and Afghanistan. Chuck is currently Vice President and Broker of F. I. Grey & Son, Inc. Chuck’s concern and interest in the future of West Pasco has led him to become deeply involved in programs that impact the direction of the community. In 1993, he was appointed to serve on the Pasco County Planning and Zoning Board, currently serving as Chairman. Chuck has served as Vice Chairman of the Port Richey Planning and Zoning Board and as Co-Chair of New Port Richey’s Community Redevelopment Agency Advisory Board.
