Charles has a solid and strong background in Property Management and Facilities Management, with increasing responsibilities and accountability over his career. He has worked for owners, developers, investors, and 3rd party managers in a wide variety of assignments. His experience from managing both Facilities Management and Property Management assignments gives him a unique viewpoint into the needs and desires of clients, tenants and Landlords/ owners. He is bright, articulate, financially savvy, a solid manager of people, and is able to quickly grasp issues and come to reasonable and workable solutions. He has a calm and steady approach to all subjects and can work out issues with positive results. He is also very willing to look at new innovations and improvements to process and design to bring further financial results to ownership. He has earned professional designations from BOMA and IREM, providing him with tools and knowledge to manage properties as assets. His understanding allows him to view ownership needs for each property and develop plans to bring each property to its best potential use and appearance.
