Charles Brewer

Charles Brewer serves as a Vice Chairman for Savills in Dallas, Texas. Charles focuses on advising industrial occupiers on tenant representation strategies. Throughout his career, he has represented clients in more than 10 million square feet of transactions across North America, valued at over $660 million. Before joining Savills, he served as a senior vice president at Stream Realty Partners, where he represented a variety of major clients in significant transactions, including on behalf of Automann, BSN Sports, Cart.com, UPS and Southern Tire Mart. He began his career with Transwestern, and before entering the commercial real estate industry, Charles spent 10 years playing professional baseball in the Major Leagues with both the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Cleveland Indians.
