Charles Blaschke

Charles is a Vice President with Edge Realty Partners in Houston. Known for delivering exceptional value and forging long-lasting client relationships, In this role he has been able to work with a variety of high-profile clients including H-E-B, Urban Air, The Hanover Company, Aramark, RaceTrac, Derrick Interests, Office Depot, Michaels, Bar Louie, Mountain Mike’s Pizza, Jimmy John’s and T-Mobile. Charles was most recently a Vice President with WPW Realty Advisors where he was responsible for leasing over 1.2 million square feet, sourcing developments throughout the greater Houston area and providing strategic tenant expansion strategies. Charles is a Houston native and is a graduate of Texas State University. He is licensed real estate salesperson and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Outside of work, Charles enjoys golfing, fishing and spending time with his wife and two children.
