Right out of college, Charles knew sales was the career path he wanted to be in and found it to be a great way to fully help and serve the clientele he encountered. After working in customer service and sales for a distribution company in Winston Salem for several years, Charles seized the opportunity to start working in commercial real estate. After working in many different commercial real estate fields over the past couple of years, Charles found his niche and specializes in investment sales throughout the Carolinas. Creating relationships and understanding investor goals is most important to Charles. He uses his Math & Economics degree and commercial real estate knowledge to help investors analyze deals and capitalize on their IRR & Cash on Cash returns. Outside of the office Charles is always up for new adventures and enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, attempting hover board sports, and cheering on his favorite sports teams all with his friends and family.
