Managed over 500,000 square feet of Class "A" office, flex, lab and light manufacturing space. Strong understanding of owner, buyer and tenant perspectives, financial analysis, and lease/sales contracts. Provides sales and leasing brokerage services in the office, industrial, medical and investment property segments, serving real estate owners, buyers, landlords, tenants and investors. Participated in the acquisition of over $75M in commercial real estate. Member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR), Tri-County Suburban Realtors®, the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the Chester County Economic Development Council (CCEDC), and the Chester County Commercial and Industrial Investment Council (CII).
