Chandler Hawkins

Chandler Hawkins is an Associate with the CBRE | Raleigh Investment Properties team. Before working as an Associate Chandler was the lead analyst for Raleigh and Greensboro where he was responsible for underwriting, financial strategy, market research, and modeling of office and industrial properties. Through careful analysis Chandler identifies areas for value creation within each property, utilizing his excellent understanding of capital markets and industry underwriting standards and techniques. Chandler joined CBRE | Raleigh in October of 2017 and has been the lead analyst for over $2 billion worth of Real Estate transactions and has been the lead broker on transactions in excess of $68 million.
