Since joining the company in 2009, Chandler has assisted in the sale in over 200+ properties totaling 31,000+ units and over $2.5 billion in volume across the Southeast. His primary focus includes the representation of private high net worth individuals, syndicators, and regional operators of non-core and suburban multi-family assets in Georgia, Florida, and Alabama. Chandler’s past experience in financial modeling and underwriting, combined with his strong market knowledge, gives him the unique ability to provide his clients with the most accurate and useful information to best suit their needs. Chandler was recognized by The Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors as a life member in 2017 and received the Phoenix Award in 2022 for 10 years of membership in the Million Dollar Club. He is also a current member of the Young Council of Realtors, a licensed salesperson in the state of Georgia, and serves on the junior committee of The Shepherd Spinal Center in his spare time. Chandler graduated from The University of Georgia with a Business Administration degree in Real Estate. He resides in Atlanta with his wife and two children.
