Chance Hales is a founding member of Trinity Real Estate Investment Services, and currently serves as Partner, leveraging his experience and focus to provide clients with the brokerage services necessary to ensure consistent execution on their acquisition and disposition of net lease assets across the country. As Partner, Chance also provides insight and support in the development and growth of the company. Prior to joining Trinity, Chance was at a national brokerage firm for 7 years. During this time Chance focused on developing an in-depth understanding of the net lease market that has allowed him to create a strong reputation in the industry, having closed over $120MM in volume over this time. Chance’s experience provides Trinity with a unique insight that will continue to be valuable as Trinity grows. Chance graduated with a B.B.A in Marketing from Abilene Christian University and holds an MBA in Finance from Texas Tech University. Chance enjoys traveling the country and spending time with family.
