Chad Yonce CCIM, CPM

Chad Yonce was born and raised in Charleston, SC. After graduating from The Citadel in 1995, Yonce founded Southeastern Management Group and assisted the company’s growth from its inception. As President and Managing Partner, Yonce now oversees an energetic staff that collectively manages and leases approximately 360,000 sqft of commercial space valued at just over $73 million dollars. In addition, Yonce obtained the nationally recognized Certified Commercial Investment Member designation (CCIM) in May of 2004, as well as, the CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER® designation (CPM) in April of 2009. Yonce specializes in the purchase, sale, and leasing of investment properties.
