The Gwin Team was officially formed in 2011 when Chad decided to join Mafe in the world of Real Estate! The Gwin Team is a bilingual family run operation with decades of experience and is committed to providing a level of service that is unrivaled in the industry. The Gwin Team offers Residential, Commercial, and Property Management services. When they are not giving their all for their clients you can find them at the ball fields, basketball courts, PTO's, school councils, serving at church, and other local community events. The Gwin Team is resolute in their belief that Faith and family take priority and as long as you are acting with integrity in all actions, then everything else will fall into place. Chad and Mafe are proud parents of Brandon, Matthew, and Lucas who are full of joy and love and are constantly on the go! They reside in downtown Buford where they enjoy the strong sense of community and small-town feel. Chad specializes in Commercial Real Estate with a concentration on office, retail, mixed use, and restaurant sales, as well as landlord rep and tenant rep. Chad is heavily involved in coaching youth sports with the goals of teaching the sport, helping young ones overcome adversity, and helping develop better citizens and young men.
