Chad’s real estate experience includes sale and lease negotiations, land sales, the exclusive representation of both landlord and tenants, lease vs. purchase analyses, site search analysis, and comparative market data location analysis for major corporations and developers. Chad has consistently been a top producing broker during his twenty-one (21) year tenure at NAI Capital, earning him top producer recognition each of the past sixteen (16) years.
