Chad Folts

Chad Folts, Leasing Associate, is responsible for leasing in Tarantino’s Austin, TX, office. He prides himself on giving his maximum effort to help tenants achieve their goals in securing a space to grow their businesses while providing the utmost service to his clients by filling their assets with qualified tenants. Chad has been part of the Tarantino leasing team for over two years. Prior to joining Tarantino, Chad was Owner/President of a startup video production company focusing on live student events that he founded with his wife in 2003. Chad earned his Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Middle Tennessee State University. He holds an active Texas Real Estate License. Chad has a passion for coaching youth sports, with teams including his three sons. He also regularly competes in basketball leagues and can usually be found on a lake anytime the Texas weather permits.
