Chad Byerly is a senior vice president in Northmarq’s Tulsa, Oklahoma office. Prior to Northmarq, Chad served as a senior director and partner at Stan Johnson Company and has been part of the Tulsa office since 2007. His team focuses on the acquisition and disposition of single tenant and multi-tenant retail transactions. Over the past 15 years, Chad has closed in excess of $700 million in total transactional volume across the country in activities across all segments of the net lease market, including retail, office, industrial and medical. With his experience and background in accounting and finance, Chad provides his clients with broad-based financial expertise to meet the client’s goals in commercial real estate. He contributes his success to his attention to detail and being able to build very loyal client relationships along the way. These relationships have helped him among high net-worth individuals, developers and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT). Chad is a licensed CPA in the State of Oklahoma and earned his accounting degree from The University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, OK. Prior to Stan Johnson Company, Chad spent eight years in public accounting. He is an active member of ICSC and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the states of Oklahoma, Kansas and Arkansas.
