Chad Brock

Chad is a co-founder and managing principal of Lee & Associates Central California, whose offices cover the territory of Bakersfield, Fresno, Monterey, San Luis Obispo, and Santa Barbara. He specializes in industrial, office, land, development, and investment property. Throughout his 20-plus-year career, Chad has participated in over $1 billion in transaction value. He has sold over 66,000 acres of land and negotiated lease transactions on over 4 million square feet of industrial and commercial property, assisting private and institutional investors, Fortune 500 companies, and small businesses across Central California. Prior to forming the Lee & Associates offices in Central California, Chad was VP of Development for Madison Commercial Development and an investment broker with McKinzie Commercial, its brokerage arm. He opened the NAI Global offices in Bakersfield in 2009 and then re-branded as Brock Realty Advisors in 2016. Chad graduated from California Polytechnic State University of San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science from the Orfalea School of Business. Chad holds an MBA from the Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business. He lives in Bakersfield, California with his wife of 13 years, two children and their dog.
