Celine Mackerdichian

Celine Mackerdichian joined Newmark’s Downtown Los Angeles office as an associate in 2011, specializing in tenant representation. Ms. Mackerdichian currently serves as a director, responsible for developing and delivering strategic advisory services to her clients. These services help her support her clients through a variety of transaction requirements including expansions, consolidations, lease renewals, lease restructures and financial analysis. Prior to joining the team, Ms. Mackerdichian worked in the marketing/research department at Newmark, where she was responsible for building a marketing database and researching trends in the market. Currently, Ms. Mackerdichian’s role has transitioned into that of an associate director/transaction coordinator with the Global Corporate Services team for the Nokia Solutions Network real estate portfolio. Celine assists in the portfolio management globally and specifically with transactions in the Middle East/Africa and Northern Europe Region.
