Cavan O’Keefe joined Newmark in 2016 as a Senior Managing Director in the Seattle office, where he specializes in representing landlords in office leasing and sale transactions. O’Keefe works to provide clients in the Pacific Northwest market with access to Newmark’s top-of-the-line resources and the expertise of a leading full-service, entrepreneurial, and global platform. O’Keefe brings to his position over 17 years of relevant experience, and now Newmark and co-leads Newmark’s Seattle Agency and Life Science team.
