Cathy Mullins

Cathy Mullins has over 35 years experience in the real estate industry with additional expertise in property appraisal. Largely through her membership in the International Council of Shopping Centers, Cathy has developed working relationships with national and regional retail tenants, developers and investors who continue to look to her for market research and site selection throughout the mountain empire. Additionally she has consulted with municipalities in developing and marketing projects. A graduate of Emory and Henry College with a degree in Economics and Business, Cathy served on the Planning Commissions for both Bristol and Sullivan County and chaired the Bristol Commission for several years. She serves on the boards of Holston Habitat for Humanity and Crossroads Medical Mission, a free mobile medical clinic serving East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia, and has a long involvement with the Bristol Regional Speech & Hearing Center and the YWCA Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. Her daughter has a masters degree in Museum Studies from Johns Hopkins University and is a law school student at Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University.
