Prior to forming her own practice, Cathy was an associate at CBRE, where she established herself as a retail specialist supporting the firm’s lifestyle, open-air, and regional leasing activities. Her vast knowledge of development objectives, hospitality, and brand strategy helped secure the placement of premier retail, dining, and entertainment concepts. Recent notable transactions include Flecha Cantina by Mark Wahlberg (Town Square Las Vegas), PopStroke (Town Square Las Vegas), and Culture Kings (Forum Shops at Caesars Palace). Before CBRE, Cathy served as a leasing director for Forest City, a national REIT. During her tenure, she completed numerous lease-ups across Forest City’s California portfolio spanning 4M sq. ft.
