Cathy Derr

Raised in the Texas Panhandle, Cathy Derr is a seasoned veteran in the commercial real estate business. Cathy is the Apartment and Office Specialist for Gaut • Whittenburg • Emerson Commercial Real Estate, and has 25 years of commercial real estate experience. Cathy has brokered 33+ apartments in the past seven years. She has sold approximately 3200 apartment units, representing both buyers and sellers, for a gross sale volume of over $150 million. She is on the Amarillo West Rotary Club's Board of Directors; serving as Secretary, serves as a volunteer with the Amarillo Chamber of Commerce and was an on-line real estate finance instructor for Amarillo College. Plus, she was honored with the Amarillo Women's Network Career Achievement Award 2007. In addition to her family and community, Cathy is committed to the buyers and sellers she represents.
