Catherine loves helping people achieve their dreams, and it is that passion that led her to real estate. Her clients admire her persistence and open communication. Her years of real estate experience have given her a wide variety of knowledge about all aspects of real estate transactions. She gets most excited about finding the best opportunities for home buyers and helping her sellers sell their homes in a timely fashion. From consultation to closing, Catherine’s hands-on approach, professional attitude, excellent communication, and strong negotiation skills will help you achieve your goals for selling or buying a home. Catherine began her real estate career on an agent team at Beverly-Hanks & Associates in 2005 and obtained her license in 2006. In 2009, she took an opportunity to work in another firm and was successful in helping many homebuyers and sellers while there. During that time, she also served on the Haywood County Foundation Board from 2013–2015 and was the Local MLS Director in 2015. As of July 2016, Catherine is excited to return to Beverly-Hanks & Associates in the Downtown Waynesville office to help people with their mid-range and luxury homes. Catherin is a native of Western North Carolina, so she is passionate about assisting you in finding your perfect home in the beautiful mountains around Haywood County. She lives in Waynesville, NC with her husband Joe, who also has his real estate license. Together they have three children—Abigail, Alexandra, and Adam—all of whom play soccer. When Catherine is not selling real estate, you can find her taking a run around the lake, playing with my two Labrador retrievers, or enjoying a nice dinner or movie with her family.
