Catherine Lueckel serves as Associate Vice President of the Matthews™ Retail Leasing Division, working in both tenant and landlord representation. Catherine specializes in aiding tenants in their expansion efforts by prospecting new territories, as well as identifying and negotiating leases on behalf of her clients. When representing a tenant, Catherine ensures the best solutions for her clients by taking the time to understand their goals, concept’s business, and customer base. On the landlord side, she maximizes the value of their investment properties through customized marketing services, strategic guidance, and in-depth knowledge of the Ohio market. Her expertise in client relationships and leasing stems from working with several nationally-recognized clients, including Smoothie King, Cricket Wireless, Shelter Insurance, Crumbl Cookies, Benjamin Moore, and more. Catherine serves her clients with long-term growth and profitability at the forefront of her business. Catherine currently has over 75 property listings and over 586,890 SF of space listed around the Northeast Ohio region. In her free time, Catherine coaches and plays volleyball, loves spending time with her children, and exploring new restaurants around Cleveland with her husband.
