Prior to joining Tactix, Catherine ‘Cat’ Bianco was the Director of Leasing for Workspace Property Trust, where she developed and executed the leasing strategy for over 2.3 million square feet of office and flex/tech properties in Malvern, Wayne, and Exton. Cat managed client relationships and retention for over 130 tenants from a wide range of industries, including financial & professional services, pharmaceuticals, biotech & life sciences, manufacturing & engineering, and logistics. In this position, Cat played a key role in the financial analysis of lease terms, plan review, budgeting, project management, and lease negotiations. Cat prides herself in working with tenants to structure creative solutions to ensure their real estate supported their company’s needs and trajectory. Prior to joining Workspace, Cat was a Director of Leasing for Liberty Property Trust, one of the region’s largest and most renowned Real Estate Investment Trusts, where she worked on their suburban portfolio covering office and industrial properties from West Chester to King of Prussia. With over 17 years of experience on the Landlord side of real estate transactions for both a private developer and a publicly traded REIT, Cat brings a wealth of expertise and strategic positioning to every negotiation. When she’s not working on real estate transactions, Cat sits on the boards of the Chester County Commercial Industrial Investment Council and the Transportation Management Association of Chester County. Cat also extends her real estate expertise to further affordable housing in Chester County through her role on the board of directors for Petra Community Housing and assists with planning and cultivating strategic growth in her community on the Borough of Phoenixville’s Planning Commission. Cat holds an MBA from Drexel University, LeBow College of Business and a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from West Chester University. Cat lives in the Borough of Phoenixville with her husband Dave and their dog Hamish.
