Her clients have included several local and regional developers, lenders and servicers, as well as institutional owners. Cathy is an expert in financial analysis, underwriting and valuation of income producing assets and during her tenure, has worked as a team analyst orchestrating the underwriting, marketing and process flow of some of the region’s most significant brokered investment grade transactions since 2010.
