Catalina Adkinson

Catalina is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm. As president and founder of Compass Real Estate Services, she oversees the property management, sales, leasing, and client representation business. She has extensive experience in commercial real estate development including land selection, site planning, construction build out, and remodeling of interior shopping center spaces, supermarkets, and restaurants. She directs a wide range of portfolio management functions including sales, leasing, renewals, re-locations, and tenant acquisitions. Her diverse responsibilities include managing construction projects and handling rent collection, permits, zoning, marketing, public relations, and issue resolution. With over 18 years of experience and thousands of real estate transactions, she understands what it takes to make clients happy. Catalina is actively involved with several Atlanta-area chamber of commerce and real estate networking organizations and is well-respected for her professionalism and knowledge of the business. Catalina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). She is originally from Bogota, Colombia, and now lives in Cumming with her husband and daughter.
