Carter Kerzner joined CBRE in 2014 and is a Senior Vice President with the Capital Markets' National Investment Team, based in Vancouver. Born and raised in Vancouver, Carter attended the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an Academic Minor in Real Estate Development. Carter specializes in advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of investment properties throughout Western Canada and is an expert on commercial real estate assets across the office, retail, industrial, and development land sectors.
