Carson Cummings
Carson Cummings has been a licensed real estate broker in his hometown of Columbus, Georgia since 1996.
Carson has specialized in commercial real estate sales, leasing and development. He is a CCIM candidate as well as a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He has consistently been one of the top producing brokers in the Columbus region. Carson is a principal of Coldwell Banker Commercial KPDK and is a multiple recipient of the Commercial Circle of Excellence Award. He is licensed in both Georgia and Alabama. Carson earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Auburn University in 1995. Among other duties, Carson has served as Chairman of the Columbus Board of Realtors Commercial Committee, Young Life Ministries Board Member and Peach Little League President. Carson has both brokered and developed multiple investment grade properties for numerous clients. Among those clients he has successfully served are: Walgreen's, Wendy's, Family Dollar, Paragon Hotel Group, Dollar General, The Fresh Market, Fairway Investments, TitleMax, McAlister's Deli, Whataburger, Eckerd, Arby's, Dunkin Donuts, Global Hotel Group and Retail Planning Corporation
