She thrives off of working hard and finding a win-win solution for both parties. She moved to Chico over 20 years ago and started working with a small developer of single-family homes. In addition to the construction experience gained, she managed 35,000 square feet of commercial offices which provided the skills of building maintenance and property management. All this experience serves Carrie well in her desire to be a top agent in commercial sales and leasing. Personally, she believes in honesty, integrity, and a strong work-ethic. she also likes to smile often and believe that gratitude is the key to happiness.
