1982 - Carrie Duffy, founder of Black Dirt, begins her real estate career with an Omaha company that offers residential sales, commercial sales, investment property management and land development. She quickly gravitates to commercial land sales and office leasing. 1984 to 2007 - Experience is gained and success achieved in representing buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants in complex commercial real estate negotiations and transactions, while residing in rural Saunders County, Nebraska. 2008 - A conscious decision is made to conduct business in the environment that mirrors Carrie's appreciation for the rural way of life and admiration for the agricultural business community. She joins an established farm sales and management company and co-manages and completes farm sales in 18 Nebraska and Iowa counties. 2013 - Black Dirt Land Sales & Management LLC is formed with a commitment to the highest level of personal service for our clients.
