Carrie Duda specializes in tenant representation and agency leasing across office and industrial product types in San Diego County. Before joining CAST, she had prior experience working as a Marketing Assistant at a privately-owned property management company in Newport Beach. In that position she conducted market research, assisted in the underwriting of a $200M office asset, and helped manage all aspects of the firm's portfolio. Carrie received her California Real Estate salesperson license in November of 2022.
