Carrie was born and raised in Salinas, CA and is the third generation in her family to go into Real Estate, while her family was in development and acquisitions, she focused on management. To say she has grown up in the industry with a focus primarily on the Monterey County Real Estate, is an understatement. Carrie has 28 years experience in Property Management and a 17 year background in Motel Management. She is active in her community and has a been an active member in the local Chapter of NARPM-National Association of Residential Property Managers and was the local chapter president for 2 years. Carrie also holds a membership in CAA-California Apartment Association. After Hours: In her personal time Carrie loves playing with her black lab Maxxy and taking long walks on the beach with her husband Mark.
