Caroline Goodwin
Caroline began her real estate career in 2000 after inheriting her firm from her parents with her brother Scott Thomas. With nearly forty years of service, they are the longest running real estate brokerage in Richmond County. Caroline grew up in the business and furthered her education at Appalachian State University with a BS in Real Estate and Urban Analysis. She has consistently been a multi-million dollar producer and enjoys serving her community in various roles including the City of Rockingham Board of Adjustments, Rockingham Rotary Club, Rockingham Downtown Corporation, past SPRC and Trustee of the First Methodist Church Rockingham. Caroline continues to serve an appointment from the NC Commissioner of Insurance for the North Carolina Joint Underwriting Association on their Board of Directors.
