Before joining Lee & Associates, Caroline Dell spent ten years working in the commercial real estate industry as a marketing director and broker associate focusing on the I-55/I-80 & I-294 industrial corridors. Caroline joins the industrial team of Terry Grapenthin and Jeffrey Galante and will manage all marketing efforts for the Lee industrial team and their clients. As a licensed broker, Caroline compliments the team by facilitating brokerage duties on industrial transactions under 20,000 SF for both institutional and local owners.
