Caroline Chavez

Caroline Chavez is the Founder and Broker of Lotus Commercial Real Estate Services and has proudly served the Las Vegas Commercial Real Estate Industry for over two decades. Caroline has managed many asset type, including Office, Industrial and Retail and spent 10 years of her career successfully managing over 300,000 square feet of Medical Office space on 3 hospital campuses. In addition to the many hats worn as a Property Manager, Caroline has proven success in project management, contract negotiations, tenant retention, team leadership and vendor relations, which all contribute to the overall success and performance of the properties she oversees. As an active member of the Industry, Caroline was nominated by her peers and served as the 2018 BOMA Nevada President and received a Proclamation from the Clark County Commissioner for her dedication and service to the community. Additionally, Caroline served as the 2019 chair for "WIN" (Women's Integrated Network) and effectively lobbied in Washington for issues affecting the Commercial Real Estate Industry. Caroline strives to be a resource to all professionals and her community and was the recipient of the 2022 Women of Disctinction award by the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). Having a platform to volunteer and serve her community is extremely important to her, as well as spending quality time with her family.
