Carol specializes in leasing and sales of office and retail properties. Before that, hercareer in commercial real estate began in the Bay Area doing leasing and management of industrial properties. Responsibilities included lease negotiation, generating budgets & pro formas, tenant improvement oversight, and maintaining property management department''s portfolio of properties. Upon relocating to the Sacramento area, she continued building experience as a Leasing Manager and Senior Property Manager before joining RREEF where she was Vice President and District Manager. There, she was responsible for value creation and exceeded goals in 2008 in maintaining occupancy for nearly 100% of the year.
