Carol is a Co-Founder and President of Commercial Realty Partners. Carol has over 25 years of experience advising landlords and tenants in complex real estate transactions. She continues to provide advisory and transactional services to clients in all market segments, ranging from small professional service firms to large fortune 500 companies. Carol had previously been selected by the Los Angeles Business Journal as one of the top 5 Landlord Brokers. She has been involved in transactions with distinguished industry leaders such as: Turner Broadcasting System; Price Waterhouse; Princess Cruises; Wolfgang Puck; Creative Artists Agency; American Idol/19 Entertainment; and Fidelity Investments, to name a few. She has also represented over 65 major commercial real estate assets for landlords, such as: GE Capital Group; JMB Realty; Kennedy Wilson; LeFrak Organization; Douglas Emmett; The RMR Group, and Arden Realty, among others. Carol has concluded more than 1,500 lease transactions in excess of 12 million square feet with an aggregate value exceeding $3 billion, and has represented over 25 million square feet of commercial assets. Carol earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from U.C.L.A.
