Carmen Villarma, President & CEO of The Management Group, Inc. founded TMGnorthwest, a real estate services company in 1985. TMG’s staff of 157 provides property management, leasing, sales and maintenance services in Washington and Oregon. The Vancouver Business Journal’s "Book of Lists" ranked TMG as the #1 property management company for multiple years with the most recent being in 2015. Carmen is responsible for the oversight, management and strategic planning for TMG’s five divisions. She is active in real estate development advising clients on project feasibility, value engineering concepts, floor plans and amenity designs. Carmen is a business and leadership mentor to several women owned businesses in the Portland/Vancouver area helping women advance their careers and companies. The Portland Business Journal named Carmen as their 2008 Executive Woman of the Year and The Columbian honored her as one of the most powerful women in Clark County. She is also a past Board Member of the Clark College Foundation Board, a past member by gubernatorial appointment of the Washington Economic Development Finance Authority and a past Chair of the Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce. Carmen and her group are active in many giving capacities through TMG Cares, a company sponsored organization.
