Carmen Delgado
Carmen has been able to work in several different areas of real estate, all of which contribute to better serve you. She has received a Bachelor Degree in Economics and a Master's degree in Urban Planning in her home town of Puerto Rico. She dedicated more than 10 years working in Urban Planning for both the public and private sectors. Since 1997, she was a volunteer for Crown Financial Ministries and other non profit organizations. She has met many couples and individuals looking for the right advise, specially with a house being the largest investment in a household. This allows her to be sensible to your financial situation and advise with the options that better fits your family needs. Her first steps in Real Estate were back in 1998 when she started to study Appraisal for Real Estate. She finished more than 200 in-class hours preparing herself to assist Buyers and Sellers in determining the best property prices. She became a licensed Real Estate Agent and Realtor in 2005.
