Carlos Parks is a man of many hats. He is a loving father to his daughter Carlia and his son Tre. He is a husband to his beautiful wife Demetria. On top of those things, Carlos is a former Toastmaster, a TEDx Greensboro speaker, a member of the Black Speakers Network, a founding member of the Dudley Eagles Speakers Bureau, a member of the Greensboro Black Chamber of Commerce, an author and more. He is a licensed real estate agent and owner of Versatile Real Estate Group, LLC, which is a real estate firm owned by him and his wife. He is the owner of Versatile Investments, an investment firm owned by him and his wife to oversee their rental portfolio. Carlos is also the owner of Versatile Logistics, which is a trucking company that he established in 2020 during the pandemic, Carlia’s Hair Bun Covers, a company he started for his daughter. He is also a new radio personality, hosting his segment titled, Versatile Radio, which airs every Thursday night at 7pm, nationwide, on WDRB media. Carlos has developed a method of achieving his goals, by acting and being persistent. Carlos has carefully followed the words and examples of his mentor Joe Dudley Sr in pursuit of financial stability and wealth. Carlos uses his many talents and interest to become the best realtor he can be. Carlos believes that quality trumps quantity, therefor believes that he can serve his clients better than agents who have been doing this longer.
