Carlos Lopez

Carlos Lopez joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2024 as an Executive Vice President in Newport Beach. Carlos specializes in the sale of single-tenant NNN retail buildings and traditional shopping centers. With nearly 30 years of experience, he also has expertise in investment sales of buildings in downtown districts, high-profile mixed-use buildings, and high-street urban retail properties. Prior to joining SRS, Carlos was an executive vice president at Hanley Investment Group. Carlos has a B.S. in business administration with an emphasis in real estate and finance from the University of Southern California. He is active in the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate and has lectured at both USC and California State University, Fullerton on retail real estate investments. Carlos is an active member of ICSC and is an active mentor in the Hispanic 100 Foundation of Hispanic college students.
