Carlos is a licensed broker in Washington state. Carlos is unique in the world of Commercial Real Estate in that he has done it all personally, from starting businesses and negotiating leases, purchasing commercial property, selling a business, and leasing out his own property…all before becoming a broker. Carlos has been a small business owner in Kitsap County since 2004, opening businesses such as Harborside Market and Toro Lounge. Carlos has previously served as president for the Downtown Bremerton Association as well as being on the board of the Bremerton Chamber of Commerce. Carlos received his BBA from St. Edward’s University in Austin, TX and is fluent in Spanish.
